This stock medical exhibit depicts the destruction of L5-S1 with subsequent nerve block injections. It consists of six images. The first image is an orieentation image, showing the sacrum with a line through the L5-S1 level. The second image is a top down view of the destroyed L5-S1 disc impinging on the nerve root. The third image depicts a posterior view of legs and pelvis and demonstrates where the impingement is. The fifth image is an anterior view of the pelvis shoing the level of injury in respect to the nerves. The final two images show a nerve block injection.
